Picture day is fast approaching and is scheduled for Saturday, June 6.
Exciting Updates for Picture Day!
We’re revamping Picture Day to create a smoother, more personalized experience for our dancers and families! This year, we’re moving to an appointment-based system to allow for individual attention and a stress-free session.
How It Works:
- Appointments are booked in 5-minute time slots per costume
- Dancers who wish to be photographed in multiple costumes must book separate appointments (these will NOT be scheduled back-to-back)
- A $25 sitting fee per appointment is required at the time of booking (this will be applied as a credit toward your print order)
- The sitting fee is non-refundable if you miss your appointment or choose not to order prints
We’re excited to offer this new format to create a more efficient and enjoyable Picture Day experience. Thank you for your cooperation—we can’t wait to capture beautiful memories of our talented dancers!

Portrait proofs will be displayed within the online photo gallery typically within approximately 1-week.
Prints and digital files will be available for purchase in the gallery. All purchased prints will be shipped directly to the studio. All orders MUST be placed within 30 days in order to ship them timely to the studio. All purchased digital files will be emailed to your email address on file. All orders will be completed through the online system.
All images within the galleries are UNTOUCHED and provided as direct off of the camera exports. Every image that is ordered is individually edited prior to printing.
Here's what I normally fix on each and every image:
- Tears or rips in stockings or costumes
- Remove any "temporary" body art (our kids all LOVE temporary tattoos and drawing on themselves - but we can make it look like it never happened).
- Touch up spots on shoes if needed
- Fix and remove any noticeable objects on the floor
- Clean the backdrop to create a seamless, wrinkleless look
- Enhance the colors of costumes as needed
- Resize your image for print
If there's absolutely anything you would like NOT retouched as part of my standard practice, please feel free to let me know.
